Hi Centro, first thing I now take into account is; cash burn and cash reserves, apart from what IP it has.
Get this right (low cash burn and runway of year plus cash) and marry it up with ground breaking science and you are more than a step in the right direction.
Higher cash burn is fine as the IP gets to the pointy end but as long as the funding is more than adequate.

All ‘fairy’ tale stuff (in the early days) though, it is a pretty tough gig with a 90% or so failure rate along the way. In the interim good financial and operational governance, married up with that ground breaking science, should, ideally, create a positive sentiment that sees a significant sp appreciation and with that the ability to raise at higher prices to progress that ground breaking science.

Anteris are seriously remiss; lacking in cash reserves and that coupled with its significant cash burn are significantly hindering its ability to progress its ground breaking science.

Until such time the company can create a runway of a year, plus, (of funding) it will struggle to raise future funding at significantly higher levels than its last CR.
(Have never ever, in my limited experience, seen any company do so many CRs as this company has).

Check out PTX, it is also, ticking the right boxes at this time, as RAC.

Imho, definitely not advice and dyor.
