It would be nice to know just how oversubscribed this was. I would think likely at least double oversubscribed.
The other thing I would like to know is when we get our "change". I have had SPPs in the past where it has taken more than a month to get it. When it was $5K max and the refund was $2.5K it was no big deal, but to be without $5-10K is a bigger deal. I would think the company gets interest on this so holding onto say $5M excess for a month could be worth around $30K to them.
