Under ASX continual disclosure requirements - (3.1 to 3.1b. guidance note 8 - points 4.20 to 4.22). Requires a listed entity to disclose information concerning it that may have a material effect on the entities value and securities. As this information is not regarded as "trade secret", therefore it reasonable to assume by ASX not covered by any NDA agreement. Why have you neglected to release the metrics and inform the market. Will you release these metrics, so share holders can make an informed decision regarding the value of 4DS and securities. Do you think that your position is ethical to loyal share holders . END . OK someone wordsmith away and feel free to make changes. They need to know their not above the law and may be in breach of said law. Not after trade secrets just the metrics we are entitled to.
