Copper Price news, page-189

Any posters here keen to share their thoughts on how a slowdown in chinese residential construction (evergrande debacle etc) is likely to affect copper demand in conjunction with growing demand in the green energy/EV sector?

I’m in the process of adding more copper exposure to my portfolio and CYM is next on my to buy list provided I have funds available while the price is still low. Being fairly new to investing having started around four years ago, I’m starting to get more interested in assessing macro environments as opposed to focussing solely on the individual companies in the space.

For all the fluff and garbage on hotcopper it can be a great source of discussion with more experienced investors which I don’t have access to through my social circles.
