Why the rush with all of this, we had 11Mil in the kitty so this could have waited until after the AGM, could it be that someone's position was up for re-election and all these extra votes might help in retaining the seat at the head of the table.
Yes self interest and stuff the long term holders, we don't care about the SP we only care about our pay packets.
