So they have dug them all up?Do you honestly believe that it will be economical to retrieve them from usually 100s of kms out in the boon docks? and process them? They cant even recycle plastic crap or car tyres right where they are replaced.
I bet they wont shred the stainless fittings (and they wouldn't want to) and it certainly wont be economical to deconstruct them..
The mountings and leading edges would also need to be removed as well depending on the construction technique.
Most of the additives they have tried to put in concrete over time have failed or havnt been economical. EDE spent years and years getting carbon nanotubes approved for use in various applications. The blade material will be contaminated with resins, moisture and other impurities that have been blasted into them by over 200km/h wind impact speeds. And there is still a 500 tonne block of concrete sitting where the tower was.....
