yeah I think the consultant got all their time and energy used up in the middle for document; and literally ran out of puff to put forward suitable multi-lingual considered response. In other words the English response is tone deaf .
Informing locals that there is no problem, because in the "unlikely" event of contamination, or catastrophic failure they can get their supplies from outside of town is classic engineering logic.
Then translate that to Greenlandic, with its root and moods tonal system, and that's a lot of angry/unhappy.
