I wouldn't worry too much newjo - of course legend and co would be involved in the underwriting they would have only sold out above 5c so to take up shares at 4c (that is my expected shortfall in the take up of shares). If we were involved in underwriting we would do the same.
As for the axmr, your talking about way less than half a cent or 0.9c to maybe 1.8c per axm share (most have gone through at 0.002). Come 23 Oct when axmr ceases I'm sure you will see a reasonable jump in axm shares.
