The iin court case is irrelevant as it doesnt matter what the outcome is (all good if they win, govt will legislate if they dont).
As I mentioned, I heard it was a takeover by SOT. They may be getting a valuation done by Euroz for the directors so they can advise the shareholders as to whether to accept or not.
Or its a proposal from the govt for the NBN being evaluated.
