Ann: MSL closes Share Purchase Plan oversubscribed, page-16

FYI on last weekend's Rask Podcast, Claude Walker from A Rich Life talked about investing in 2 turnaround software companies. I'm guessing MSL is one of them. He's not disclosing the names until later. But he did say the company's performed well and looked after its shareholders in a recent capital raising, unlike IntelliHR.
Claude doesn't get all the picks right but he's done well with ProMedicus and many others.
I applied for $20k and was allocated about $12k from the SPP.
This is a good story that ticks many boxes for me: Covid re-opening, M&A growth, partner for overseas expansion, excellent valuation, great management team that looks after shareholders.
