Not hanging my hat on anything. I think ASX should have notes. They probably do. Just because we haven't seen them doesn't mean much. We don't have access to discovery. Thankfully though, JK does, and he's assured us that discovery was a treasure trove of information. I believe "treasure trove" were his actual words. So I find it weird that now pro-JK posters are whinging that documents were hidden or destroyed.
I take notes on calls too. Mostly just names, but if it's important, I write other details. What I don't do, is after the call put them into formal minutes. And that's what we've been talking about. We have some pretty detailed handwritten notes from the ASX/ASIC meeting. Includes a bunch of direct quotes as far as we can tell. Yet people are whinging that it wasn't formally minuted.
