A bit of a worry when the origins of all Australia's urea after 2022 will be sitting on pallets in the Middle East and Asia until the LCUP comes online. Who knows how much urea will be secured for Australia after this date.
Russia has announced plans to impose export quotas on nitrogen fertilisers to bolster domestic supplies and contain price inflation. China has already done this. European companies - Yara, BASF and Borealis have also cut production due to natural gas prices.
Great time to be looking to fund a large urea project, can't wait for that BFS..
