been reading all the negative comments on the positive news flow this is going to be hard to put a negative spin on. This and the other 8 townhouses is a nice flow.of paid builds and they still have 3 more of their own display homes to build. Waas reconfirmed as sucessful business model. More local builders taking the leap, more international builders sitting up and taking notice
