It will be interesting to see if the [Fair Facts?] Fairfax article proves to be the harbinger of doom that is apparent in its inherent criticism of VPG.

I don't believe that the reporter has it right (reading the most ascerbic cynicism) but, then again I'm only one of many hundreds? looking at this stock as value in the current marketconditions.

I didnt go near property trusts with a bargepole in 2007 as I thought they were well and truly overpriced.

I'm very positive on VPG because I believe management has weathered the storm better than others within the financial crisis fallout and I've got money where my mouth is.
So far it has come back from the brink most expeditiously.
I'm not in the habit of just tossing the hard earned away.
