And if Jeff’s suggestion does not work go to top right of screen and click on ‘My Account’ scroll down to ‘Ignored Members’ (true title always gives me a laugh, the term Richard Cranium may come to mind) and click on it and scroll to the bottom of your list of ‘Ignored Members’ and you will find a box where you can type in the’Member’ to be ignored etc;
The only down side to this method is if you have a couple of hundred on ignore takes a while to scroll down to the box.
