Hey Wall sorry Im still not with you the market is stupid...... You wrote

"My point is: thats great that some had faith that UNI would achieve some sort of success 6 years later. But by having money tied up in UNI for 6 years would no doubt mean shareholders hav missed out on other opportunities. Some investors prefer to invest in companies that have strong management that deliver on set targets. It is obvious from share turnover that many believe the successful setup of the 1ml production line was a necessary milestone for management to achieve. Since then the shares have moved up from 35cents to where it is today. So by waiting until management delivers, some have been able to take advantage of other opportunities since 2003 and still make a killing on UNI in 2009.

Snork the market isnt stupid and the story is not the same. So if you dread the moment that i go pat Alan on the back then so be it.

    My view

Yes the market is stupid when it pushes the price of a company that had no sales contracts, no verified production facilities, no approval from a regulator to sell product to over ten times its IPO in a short time period.... Yes thats stupid in my book. Those who bought at $1 or higher had stars in their eyes...

What is also stupid is that when all of these criteria are achieved with say an exclusive agreement with the worlds #1 user of prefills, $50M paid in industrialisation cost, FDA approved products to sell made in FDA approved facilities in the #1 medical market in the world and the share price is still at 30c (6 weeks ago)......Thats stupid

Then it takes off up 300 or 400% based on momentum, obviously they got the story wrong and it should have been rising gradually as each milestone was met over the last 2 years!!! Thats why the long term followers of the stock have been so positive about the future. It was based on actual results, agreements and contracts, what was stupid was the price did not reflect this turn around in fundamental and contractual achievements.

And its not just about a little company like UNI the principle of stupid market pricing is exploited by people such as Buffett who is the best in the world at identifying stocks that the market has priced stupidly and then moves in and achieves amazing results buying low and selling high.

Sorry mate you are entitled to your opinions but I dont agree. I still wish you good trading.
