@cookedpotato . . . i am not saying they are raising just to get an institution on the register . . no doubt what happened was pension fund came knocking . . said hey dudes we want a slice of the wbt pie . . wbt went well . . actually we have ramped things up big time over last 6 mths but we have 1. a huge vision and 2. getting.massive industry engagement . . we have scaled up but been a bit conservative as we like to be fiscally responsible . .. but if we can get say 15mil from you guys then we can get the cheque book out and take things next level . . so many initiatives we can ramp up . .

what about the existing shareholders . . this raise will be short and sharp. one cash pment . .let the business focus on ramping up the tech . .the existing shareholders will see massive returns so lets get going . .

end of the day what do you miss by not having a spp

say invest 15k .. 5000 shares @3 . . lets say spp saving say 20c a share . . that is $1000 over 15k . . seriously open up the wallet . . buy on market and let it ride
