Thats quite a stretch you make there. I dont think we can predict market dynamics 10 years out, so its kind of anyones guess what the price of graphite will be in the future. I am sure prices will rise based on scarcity of the product, but I personally do not base my analysis on such far out predictions which on things hard to predict in the first place. While you might be convinced this is how the future will shape, my stance is, we just dont know. So therefore, I cant take your price target at face value based on the information you presented.
