Agreed. The raise itself does not trigger any action within the JV, but they will have to decide the next lot of expenditure and how it gets contributed by the JV parties.
Yes they do say they will spend 90% of $14.8m, including about $7.4 m that they had at the start of the quarter.
I thought this had already been committed to the JV, with the JV partner effectively contributing by dilution.
