Is endurance really an issue? The announcement certainly made it sound like it but 4DS stated “endurance remains several orders of magnitude better than NAND” and that is coupled with the one order of magnitude read speed at near DRAM (post already exceeding SCM speed requirements at near DRAM).
I don’t see a problem here at all.
The problem is not with the technology, it’s with management wanting to downgrade the share price.
