Excuse my ignorance, but i cannot remember the any of the board members participating in any of the CR's since i became a shareholder in 2014.
1. Would this raise red flags to major share investors ??
2. I believe a 'sophisticated investor' is defined by an investor who earns over $250k per annum and these investors get 1st dibs and are invited by the broker.It would appear that some of the board members would be therefore 'sophisticated investors'. Brunod, if you could fit in this question, why is it that board has not shown any inclination to participate in the CRs that they invoke.
