Zappia is the holding company for the company that ITC bought its further 15% from to go from 25% to 40% in the JV( I think) They may have been the first company when we went from 15% to 25%. Anyway it was a scrip deal at the time. One of those holders has been taken out a few years back. I think that was Entek or something similar.

Memory is sketchy but they are definitely holders from the scrip deal.
