Looking at the pre broker virtually un-propped tree early this morning, and you would have to wonder 'when' rather that if the 4s will be the order of the day.
When are we going to see a qualified general manager running this show ?
When are we going to see the board materially create share holder value as opposed to historicla ATM price points for truckers ?
