    From the terms for Jindals announcement
    "(Matching right) If, during the Exclusivity Period, the RCI Board receives an unsolicited competing proposal which it regards as superior to Jindal's Scheme Proposal, RCI must notify Jindal of that competing proposal and give Jindal the right to submit a revised proposal that matches the competing proposal or is superior to it.
