    Does the company have access to the voting progress? I imagine the heavy weight would wait until the last minute to cast their votes, so the co is probably looking looking an overwhelming NAY response (for the time being).

    If Bruce gives a "lip service update" I fully expect share price capitulation. 13 cents.
