Danash, my understanding is that they wish to discuss the project with several serious coal analysts in the eastern states. The aim is to get CPL on the radar and hopefully open the door to ongoing market support with sticky institutional type funds.

I would say the reason they are marketing over there is that they probably dont want the churn and burn type activity that unfortunately is associated with many perth broking houses. They are going for the top end, build the relationship, nuture the company, share the success over time.

You shouldnt underestimate the importance of this step, you cant just go waltzing into these meetings with half baked ideas on coal mining. You need to be organised and have a definative plan on how you expect to get the stuff to market. You need a quality project and Importantly you need to demonstrate that you have the ability to implement these plans.
