Excellent commentary as usual, ceoa1. I think it's an outstanding announcement and shows the company has come of age. Don't even have to read between the lines to see where we are going.
But I will anyway...

How many emerging biotechs get to choose who they want on the register? Would I be right in thinking this means investors who have both a long term commitment and the financial wherewithal to fully excercise their options as and when they fall due, thus guaranteeing the company additional funding when required without having to go back to the market?
Love to know who they are?
"Fast-track commercialisation of additional products"....means increased revenues earlier than expected, means increased shareholder value, means greater chance of successful NASDAQ debut, means bigger better brighter future...
"Negotiating new agreements with other major pharamaceuticals from a postion of strength"....kind of scary that's eaxctly what I said yesterday!
As for scale-back, doubt that very much. It's clearly signalled, IMO, that this won't be happening. As for options, who cares? Buy more head shares now while you can.
