    in my opinion,
    could ANW pay off its outstanding debt with this deal - yes
    could ANW be at risk of not continuing as a going concern - yes

    In my opinion, if the latter was to occur!
    Would First Tin like 22% of their company and a board seat being offered up by administrators to the market? - no
