This is great news imo. I don't believe there will be many negatives, and what there is will be short lived.
Depending on the fund's strategies, i imagine they will tend toward holding long term, so the dilution should not translate into many more shares for sale on market.
A long term institutional investor will eventually provide a good deal more stability to share price
The money will be used for
(a) expanding Leti agreement
(b) acceleration of both embedded and discreet systems
(c) further fab deals
This is gna be super exciting. Next year is gna be a cracker!!!
