By my reasoning the bottom of the market (using Retiredyoungs running calculations) should now be 1720 USD a ton.
So if we get 8 more days at 2% or greater we will breach 2K USD as the minimum contract rate out there. At the rate we are going, that looks likely to happen before the AGM on the 25th of November.
Hell, its possible we could see 2500-3000 USD before the end of the year if this momentum keeps up. I had expected to see it a bit more tapered but today's jump only shows demand is simply only getting bigger.
