"Feed The World" in the 80s, did it stop the deaths from malnutrition or hunger". ....... it did lessen the suffering for some, and saved some lives. I've been a supporter of Oxfam for almost 40 years because they help communities to be better prepared for food and water shortages. I don't support band-aid efforts because they don't bring change or long term benefits.
but this is very different to covid and the vaccine. Medical problems need different methods to social and political issues.
I get your argument and good job you consider your family and all connections beyond the immediate context because that's what social cohesion is all about. communities work together to protect the sustainability of the community.... in this context vaccines are vital because without such our economy would be in tatters, especially with a fed Govt which is fed up with giving people help of any kind.
so please continue to fight for your children.
ps, we had a lovely pizza last night.... both sitting down at home in comfort and safety. Tonights menu is paneer saag. ;-)
