The interesting thing for me will be whether the offtake partners proceed in accordance with the conditions precedent in the respective Term Sheets:
LG Energy Solutions
- Execution of Definitive Agreement on materially similar terms by 30 November 2021
- Next condition is publication of the DFS, which in accordance with that latest quarterly from VUL was mid 2022
Renault Group
- Execution of Definitive Agreement on materially similar terms by 20 November 2021
- Next condition is publication of the DFS, which in accordance with that latest quarterly from VUL was mid 2022
Umicore
- No date specified
I see no reason why they won't proceed, because it is still subject to publication of the DFS, then several other conditions precedent as well.
