Greenland is 3.5 times bigger than France nearly all uninhabited with problems with infrastructure and transport.
Anything that is going to work easily and show a result needs to be close to exporting facilty etc.
I am not criticising the Greenlanders:
But Narsaq has a population of about 1400 and a small farm that has about 50 cows...
You have to compare that to the potentiall opportunity for the whole of Greenland..
Then maybe think Jindabyne they moved it to build the dam and supply power to NSW VIC etc etc.....
