thx Pviews for ur breakdown.. going forward it be nice and good for all tho to read this more accurately off the asx anns from the horses mouth IMO. perhaps even an occasional update or mgmt summary to pool it all together etc and to report success or failures. otherwise accountability gets lost like it did with last 3 mgmt generations.
