when will the shares be issued from the cap raising?
I think the market is waiting for that day, where we may see a retrace. Most stocks of late i have observed have tested the cap raising SP post share issue.
Will BLY be any diff? I think not. BUT great buying opp for those that were not eligible for the SPP
