I have held UNI for over 4 years. During this time I have accumulated a quantity I was happy with, at less than 30c. I have been pleased with the increase in the sp over the past 6 weeks, who wouldn't be.

Insto's are now onboard, at over twice the price I paid.

There seems to be great concern about dilution adversely effecting us long term loyal supporters. I can only presume that these critics were planning on retiring on the dividends to be paid in the future and were never going to realise any capital gains.

At +$2 I will be delirious.

Perhaps those critical of dilution should have bought more at sub 85c, there were plenty of opportunities up until 6 weeks ago.

CS, you suggested a staggered cap raising, don't the options provide for this? Just excuse me a moment whilst I calculate the % increase the insto's are paying @$2 over my cost base of 26c.
