Hi nzmicro - should be very soon I was expecting it about 1 or 2 weeks ago. I'm hoping all good things take time.
As for the SP - I have no idea, I have learnt to expect the unexpected - I don't know much about the actual business they're buying. We've seen a 100% and at times a 150% increase after the brief announcement, Fingers crossed the SP will hit the TEENS !
I don't know if this business is ready to go or not - if Off-takes are in place, if its good quality coal, if its approx 20yr supply, when a cash flow commences -
The way I see it - they've done bugger all for 2 years so hopefully they've pulled a great deal out of the fire and all the forementioned things are in place :) !!
