LYP can not determine any coal export. One minute your exporting 20 million tonnes with no capacity then your doing a MOU with LYP.

Why did intersuisse buy shares miracously before the last news annoucement? (the APP 3b the week after showed this) (last pump and dump)

Yes, I do not speak to KOS or have access to those private confrence calls unlike yourself so my information is based on ASX annoucements.

I understand your trying to back up your position. But this smells like a pump and dump.

I think Tincom might be interested in ESI for Vietnam and I think the price will be between 1.25 and 2.5c and thats it. Thats my theory.

How much has KOS put in? $1, $1000?

What happened to the plant construction in Jan 2009? still waiting.

What about revenues next year in April, haha, comical, so miracously the pilot plant will be upgraded and you have a coal supplier and shipments start? come on, I think KOS is just spinning like a salesman. Or build a new plant, or maybe they mean they will sell 1000t once a month or so.

I am also concerned with the continual insider posting by those who wish to discuss these issues with me. I am not sure who I am talking with company insiders or normal investors. Or even brokers? dont they need to say as much? i am sure ASIC posting guidelines do dictate this.

Maybe next time your in the office you can ask those people what they actually do, cash burn must be racing ahead! look forward to seeing the cash flow.
