    I notice under the above heading on the spp document it states: Under the class order, eligible shareholders may only acquire a max of $15, worth of BLY shares under a share purchase plan in any 12mth period.

    Does this mean if you got $5k in the previous retail entitlement offer you can only get $10 in this one?

    I'm gathering they are both different.
