govt did count(read 'pray for') on 'freeze' of time (2007 thing that you mention)...
...what they don't realise is that 'it' aint coming back that soon (if ever)...
...by 'it' i mean 'the good times of uncontrolled bank decadence with funds'
...by 'funds' i mean 'couple of clicks on a keyboard' in any institution that could afford to buy itself a licence to practice 'selling clicks for interest' and other products of similar nature...
it's time for 'unclicking' and most affluent in the society are doing 'all' for it "not to have to" happen ...it's easy to do 'all' when it encompasses spending your and my money in order to save theirs !
