Brabus you state a very valid point regarding VARIATIONS to what specific contractual ownership LYP actually have the right to.Answers to this should not be difficult to ascertain with the right department.
Very easily overlooked in MOU, so moving forward ,if it is the state governments call regarding release of coal and not LYP ,would it not be in everyone's interest to proceed .
Job creation, cleaner energy source, etc etc.
