It doesn't look like Allchurch is a promoter. I think coming from an operation background he is more interested in getting the work done. He has not made any announcements since the quarterly, how do you know he is not actively indulged in the project? The AGM is on the 25th November, you can raised your concerns through the chairman even if you are not attending. As you have a fair few of MAN , I would call him if I were you. If he is not there to answer, leave a message to return your call.
