Has Fresh Leaf even got the first three units set up and growing for their initial trial?

Their trial using three growing units, two paid for by them, were shipped to Victoria, Australia in the September quarter according to the latest quarterly. According to the agreement with Fresh Leaf the trial could well continue to 31/3/2022.

At the completion of the trial Fresh Leaf may choose to construct a pre-commercial pilot facility utilising 48 growing units.
