bought fair a bit yesterday around 31c...
my guess only;
mof is still on the way out…it has been consolidate for the last week or so after broken the 30c assistance.
It has been manipulated by big boys some funds or major holders for the last week or so..offloading (more likely) or accumulate their shares around 30c to 31c…in 10c range. But at least it has proven the new support line for the stock is around 30c…
Last Wednesday shows some strength to buy the stock…might be some news coming up or market start to realize the stock is still cheap compare to other office funds such cpa, wot and iof…mof is in better shape than iof and both major focus on US. But looks at the price difference between iof and mof is 58.5c vs 31.5c. both iof and mof’s market caps are similar 1.48b vs 1.5B.
What are your thoughts about it?
