    its odd that the THX stake hasnt been scooped up given yesterdays halt.

    Perhaps the buyer didnt want to let the cat out of the bag by approaching THX? Perhaps the potential buyer has such deep pockets that they are prepared to give THX a better price (given they know they are a seller) just to keep things quiet leading up to the bid?
