Fed Reserve saying THEY will ensure a repeat of the 1970's doesn't happen ... Hmmm what could they possibly be referring to? 1) Inflation; 2) Exploding Gold and PM prices; or 3) The Mod Squad
I suppose QE (on steroids) wasn't around in the 70's so it will be very interesting indeed to see how this one will all play out. That said - my money is on Items 1 and 2 being front and centre stage over the next 5 years at least.
