There are a few important differences:

1. Whenever LKE paid for a report, that was written in the disclaimer transparently. I've yet to see a transparent disclaimer from JL.

2. Reports and price targets on LKE until as high as $1.15 have already been proven right. On the other hand, if someone blindly followed JL's down ramping of LKE, he or she could've missed up to 50x opportunity.

3. I've yet to see such detailed information from JL about LKE as the LKE reports together. The information content of JL talk about LKE is mostly opinion instead of facts.
