' Shorters ' don't keep a stock virtually trading sideways in a quarter of a point plus or minus range ......because there's no money in it to do that , and you can't be covering your short positions with that sort of skinny margins.

No definitely something else going on here , and my guess is that is patient and organised accumulation ahead of what will obviously be market moving resource upgrade announcements over the next 6 - 8 weeks.

And because there is no way you can have virtually almost 30% of the entire amount of drilling metres ever drilled remain outstanding without some sort of significant resource upgrade being reported. Just doesn't make sense

And the only way you could have a situation where the drilling was meaningless is if either of the the resource ore body itself was truly exhausted or they , the people and geologists who were drilling these 12,000 metres didn't know what they were doing.... or BOTH. And the chances of this happening are virtually slim to none in my opinion.
