Depends whose interests your considering. The company did not need to do a capital raising - but clearly there are institutional clients knocking down the door. When the ducks are quacking, feed them.
If you're a short term trader concerned about your mad gains then that's fine and understandable - but to say the timing of the capital raise isn't good is a bit of an overshoot.
Raise the cash at highs and swiss cheese the heck out of it.
