looking forward to ASX explaining in court how Getswift, now found guilty of 20-30 disclosure charges, continued to trade on the exchange vis-a-vis ISX. Again the differential treatment is completely staggering...“fair, honest and reasonable” = how?. I mean now even if ISX is found guilty they can point to an example where ASX has treated them differently.
